Who We Are

Reimagine Community is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded on a simple belief: when we work together, every family in Bridgewater can thrive. We're building a movement where neighbors support neighbors, where comprehensive resources meet real needs, and where families and young people have the opportunities they need to grow and succeed.

We're committed to creating and partnering with organizations and individuals that provide programs and activities that encourage community engagement and growth, bringing people together in meaningful ways that strengthen our entire neighborhood.

Our Cedar Street Community Center serves as one example of what's possible when vision meets action, providing accessible space for multiple organizations to serve our neighbors. But it's just the beginning of what we can accomplish when we work together.

Youth Center at Cedar Street Community Center

We're excited to share a dream project in the works — a brand-new youth center in the lower level of the Cedar Street Community Center, the first of its kind in our town. Our vision is to create a safe, welcoming space where young people can relax, connect, and grow through after-school programs, weekend recreation, tutoring, vocational training, and social clubs.

We're currently working with a local contractor and architect who are helping lay the groundwork and bring this vision to life. We're inviting the community to join us in making this dream a reality by supporting and contributing to our fundraising efforts. Together, we can build something truly meaningful for the youth of our town.

Cedar Social Club

Cedar Social Club is a welcoming space for teens and young adults with special needs to hang out, be themselves, and build meaningful connections. The club provides a safe, supportive environment where members can socialize, form friendships, and have fun. We host a variety of engaging activities, including games, dances, and special events designed to encourage joy, inclusion, and community.

Tommy Hogan

Drawing from almost 3 decades of experience in both the corporate world and ministry, Tommy has cultivated a unique perspective that bridges the realms of business, community building and interpersonal relationships. As a seasoned sales professional, Tommy has honed his skills in communication, negotiation, and strategic planning, navigating the intricacies of the corporate landscape with diligence and integrity. Prior to being in business his passion for making a difference led him to serve as a youth pastor for over ten years in Bridgewater and Brockton, guiding and empowering young hearts on their spiritual journeys. In 2023, along with his wife Elena, Tommy ventured into entrepreneurship by opening a coffee shop and bakery that not only delivers exceptional coffee and baked goods, but also champions inclusivity by employing and empowering individuals with disabilities. Committed to broader societal change, Tommy founded Reimagine Community, Inc.,(RCI) a 501c3 non-profit organization where he serves as president. RCI is dedicated to fostering community growth by helping solve problems and overcome challenges with creativity and innovation. RCI’s first initiative was to open Cedar Street Community Center which is an inclusive space that fosters healthy relationships through wellness, kindness, and service. Tommy is loving husband and father of four. Family remains at the heart of everything he does, guiding and inspiring him in his professional and personal pursuits. In the warmer months, you can often find him on the diamond playing in a men’s wooden bat baseball league or coaching his kids teams. Through these collective efforts, including his commitment to family, entrepreneurship, and community service, Tommy tries to do his part to build a more inclusive and compassionate world.

The programs and services that will best serve Bridgewater aren't decided in boardrooms—they come from residents who know exactly what's missing and what's needed. When you share your insights, you help ensure our efforts address real challenges with practical solutions.
